What are my shipping options?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany to EU countries. We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
- Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (in case the items are in stock)
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another when it ships

Payments FAQs
Which payment options are available?
Payments are free of charge for you as a customer. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google & Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna (Buy now pay later), bank transfers and local payment methods like Swish, Mobilepay, Bizum, Blik.
How are refunds processed?
Once we receive your returned item or confirm the damaged item issue, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately and should appear in your PayPal account within 24 hours.
- Klarna: If you paid via Klarna, your payment plan will be adjusted or cancelled accordingly.
- Bank Transfer: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
- Local Payment methods: depending on the method within 24 - 48 hours.

What is the size and fit?
Our Pyjamas are designed with a unisex, loose fit that is slightly oversized for maximum comfort. This relaxed silhouette works well for all body types and can be styled in various ways. The sleeves on tops and the cuffs on pants can be rolled up or folded for a more customized look. For more details on the sizing please check the information below.
Shirt
- The total length from HSP (Highest Shoulder Point) ranges from 71/73 cm (S/M) to 74/76 cm (M/L).
- The chest measurement is 57 cm for S/M and 61 cm for M/L2.
- Sleeve length for the S/M is 56 cm, increasing to 58 cm for the M/L.
Pants
- The waistband, when relaxed, measures 34 cm for S/M and 37 cm for L/XL.
- Total length ranges from 102 cm (S/M) to 104 cm (L/XL).
- The bottom opening width of the leg opening is 27 cm for S/M and 28 cm for L/XL.

At Con Calma, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Our pyjamas are produced in low quantities and made to wear. Here's how we ensure our commitment to sustainability:
- Local production: All our pieces are produced in small fabric workshops in Portugal, close to Braga, minimizing our carbon footprint.
- Regular factory visits: Our team visits the fabrics where the pieces are tailored at least once per year to ensure working conditions meet Con Calma's sustainability requirements.
- Philosophy of calm: Based on our "Con Calma" (with calm) philosophy, our pieces are not mass-produced. This means it takes a bit longer for new pieces to be tailored and become available to shop.
- 100% Portuguese: We only produce in Portugal and ship from Portugal, supporting local communities and reducing environmental impact.
