All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany to EU countries. We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (in case the items are in stock)
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another when it ships

Delivery time & shipping costs

  • Free Shipping (all eligible destinations): Local delivery & orders over €150
  • Germany: 2-3 business days; €6,19
  • EU Countries (Austria, France, Italy, Poland, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia): 3-5 business days; €14,49
  • Non-EU European Countries (Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom): 5-7 business days; €22,49

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required

How to Return

  2. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item with all original materials
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our German warehouse (address provided in return authorization)

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges: Free shipping on exchange orders

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We'll arrange the exchange and cover shipping costs for the replacement item.
