1. Scope

2. Contract Formation
The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the "Order with costs" button, you place a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded when the order confirmation is sent by email.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices include statutory value-added tax. Our VAT number is DE452193573. Shipping costs are shown separately.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Klarna.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery takes place within the EU. Delivery times: 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are €10 or free for orders over €100.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal notice according to EU Consumer Rights Directive:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us Con Calma, hello@concalmaworld.com, Straßburger Straße 7a, 10405 Berlin by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision.
Consequences of withdrawal: We will refund all payments received from you within fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal.
