International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to EU countries. We do not offer shipping to non-EU destinations at this time.

Customs & Duties

For shipments within the EU, no additional customs duties or taxes should apply. However, please note that some countries may have specific regulations that could affect delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup. Please contact the carrier directly if you miss a delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately at hello@concalmaworld.com
